I drive past this animal hospital twice a day and finally stopped in to make an appointment for my furbaby. I was taking her to a different practice and each visit there she saw a different vet. I don't particularly like that for my skidish baby. She currently has an ear issue going on and I was able to get her scheduled at Pride right away. She just completed her first visit and it was amazing! I LOVE the fact that I can be present during her examination. Dr. Chen and staff are wonderful!!!! The hours of operation work great with my schedule too. I wish I would have stopped in sooner!

They got me in right away and helped my grandma's cat with an impacted anal gland. He is practical and affordable and sends you home with the whole bag of fluid. Thank you!

Dr. Chen has been my Vet for a very long time. I am bringing my current dog here even having moved further away. I feel my pets are under the best care.

The front desk is wildly rude for no reason. I don't know why she turned away a new patient. She was unclear on the phone, and when I asked questions to understand what she meant, she got weirdly huffy. She literally said if I wasn't "willing to do this" (What? I don't know), then they weren't the right fit for me. What was I unwilling to do? I still don't know. Obviously, they're not the right fit for me or anyone else, but that's only because she wasn't clear, got offended by questions, and never explained what she meant. How bizarre. Avoid this place if you don't want weird hostility and the stress that I'm sure would result from trying to work with someone like this. Yikes.
